I use cutting edge interventions that work deeply and quickly to address the mental, behavioral, emotional and even spiritual needs of individuals, couples and kids. People come to therapy wanting something to be different and better. They should leave therapy having attained that. I like to show people tools that they can use for the rest of their lives to help them stay emotionally fit and at their best - whether those are personal strategies for the relief of emotional distress or strategies that will help them expand into their greatest potential, or interpersonal strategies that will enhance their marriages, their relationships with their children or with others.
